Can you provide a rough estimate for a stair part replacement or staircase renovation in Birmingham?

Will there be much damage that requires a plasterer?

We can assure that our stair craftsmen take the utmost care when they are in your property. 9 times out of 10, everything will look impeccable and there will be no need for plastering services. If there is minimal plastering required, we can do this. However, in the rare instance that plastering will be required, we will be able to tell you this during consultation before any work proceeds.

Will you get rid of my old stair parts?

Yes, we will be happy to remove all of your old glass stair parts/timber stair parts and dispose of these at the right channels.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 5 year guarantee on all of our staircase renovations at StairWay. If there is a problem with your staircase we will fix it free of charge. This does not include normal wear and tear.

How long does it take to renovate a staircase?

This depends on a number of factors including the speed of your decisions and how quickly we can source the right parts. Broadly speaking, from consultation to installation, the timeframe is generally between 4 weeks to 6 weeks.
